Noteworthy
Founded in 2004, Noteworthy is a nine-voice, all-female contemporary a cappella ensemble based out of Provo, Utah, that has quickly risen to the cream of the vocal crop. Performing for thousands each year in Utah, the west, and throughout the United States, their unique, dynamic performance style has repeatedly earned them critical acclaim. The group's 2006 debut album, On the Horizon, was nominated for a Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA). In the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella, Noteworthy has taken home numerous awards for its unique arrangements, choreography, and vocal percussion. In 2007, the group won the entire competition, earning the coveted title of International Champion.

The Perfect Gentlemen
A typical performance by The Perfect Gentlemen includes marvelous melodious music mingled with masterful mirth, mischief, and merry-making. The group's versatility allows for effortless shifts between vocal styles with an air of ease, whether singing a cappella or accompanied by guitar or ukulele. Their signature piece, Salute to the 20 Century, is a humorous take on the de-evolution of music over the last century, illustrated by singing the same song in the style of Barbershop, Dixieland, Blues, Big Band, DooWop, Bluegrass, Disco, Techno Punk, and Rap, complete with visuals that delight audiences of all ages time and time again. Co-sponsored by WESTAF.

The Utah Shakespearean Festival Presents Macbeth
Each year, from January through April, the Utah Shakespearean Festival hits the road with an educational out-reach program for schools in Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. The traveling troupe will be performing a seventy five minute version of Shakespeare's, Macbeth. Haunted by the witches' prophecies and spurred by his wife's ambitions and his own taste for power, Macbeth is daring to twist and tempt fate. But in this, one of the world's first psychological thrillers, he slowly finds that his murderous machinations are doomed to bitter and tragic failure. Surely a show to keep you wanting more!

Missoula Children's Theatre
Missoula Children's Theatre has been a valley favorite for years. MCT provides a unique experience for the youth of the community. Auditions for students K-12 will take place on Monday, March 14th. In one week, the cast will learn a full scale musical to be performed on Saturday, March 19th! Within each MCT cast, girls, and boys are equal; the disabled become able; the shy experiment with bravery; the slow are rehearsed to perfection; and the gifted become part of the whole. The lesson they learn is that all of them are necessary for the show to go on. Few arenas exist where responsibility is taught and learned so clearly. MCT proves a unique opportunity to learn the lessons of group dynamics while excelling as an individual - a lesson from art that carries into life.
